Here are some common questions asked about Total Registration's services.  If you have questions not addressed here, please contact us.



How does Total Registration work? PDF Print E-mail
General Questions
Before the registration period, we determine all of the information you would like to collect and what reports you would like to have.
  • Students register online using a customized form.
  • Students bring payment and registration confirmation to  school or pay online with our credit card processing option.
  • The Advanced Placement  Program* coordinator logs in and enters student payment info (i.e. John Smith, $166).  This step is not necessary if using our online payment option.
  • Coordinator prints reports: rosters by subject, not paid, total students, total tests, or any other desired report.
  • Coordinator can download the database to use at school.
It does not get much easier than this!

General Questions

The cost of the service varies according to many factors.  The largest determination would be how many tests your school gives and how much customization we would need to do.  We always give a firm fixed price upfront. Please use our "Request Pricing" form to let us know your specific needs and we can give you a bid for the entire process.  In general, costs range from $1.30 to $0.40 per exam.
