Some schools registering students for exams using Total Registration have set up payment processing so that students can pay their exam fees online.  Typically, students will make these payments at the time of registration.  Students who did not pay at the time of registration can log in at www.Student.TotalRegistration.net and pay any outstanding balance.  If you have a balance and your school has online payments configured, you will be able to click the "Pay Now" link to initiate a payment.
