Your school is not set-up to accept online payments
You do not have a balance and therefore cannot pay online. This could be caused by fee waivers or a payment that has been recorded (possibly in error).
You can check to see if waivers or payments have been applied by using the "Reprint a Confirmation" when logging in at www.Student.TotalRegistration.net. If in doubt, please ask school to check into what your balance is.
