When and how do schools pay Total Registration for the registration service?


Total Registration uses the number of exams a school administered the previous school year as the basis for calculating the fee for its basic AP Exam Service.  This provides schools a firm bid so that they can budget for the service. The basic AP Exam Service fee does not include any costs associated with additional services like online payment processing.  Schools are not invoiced for the service until the registration period has closed.  This allows schools to collect all of the exam fees before paying Total Registration.  Our invoice terms are Net 30.
